I’m a nationally recognized expert in Florida asset protection and related areas such as bankruptcy, business planning, and estate planning. I’ve been practicing law for almost 50 years and have helped thousands of clients with asset protection planning. Most of my clients are concerned about problems with their creditors, potential lawsuits, frivolous claims, and how an arbitrary judge or jury could damage their family’s future.

I am not engaged in any business other than being a lawyer. I do not sell investments or insurance. I do not sell books and tapes. I do not promote seminars to sell packaged asset protection programs. My primary reward is my clients’ appreciation and satisfaction.

Outside of the office, I enjoy adventurous travel worldwide and alpine skiing in the mountains surrounding Salt Lake City. I’m also a PSIA-certified ski instructor.
