About Our Firm
About Alper Law
Alper Law has practiced exclusively in asset protection law since 1991. Over three decades, the firm has advised thousands of professionals, business owners, and families on domestic and offshore strategies for protecting assets from creditors and litigation risk.
We work with clients in all 50 states. Consultations and planning are handled by phone, Zoom, or in person at our office in Lake Mary, Florida. Every engagement is managed directly by one of the firm’s two partners—we do not delegate planning work to associates or paralegals.
