About Alper Law

Florida attorneys Jon Alper and Gideon Alper

Alper Law has practiced exclusively in asset protection law since 1991. Over three decades, the firm has advised thousands of professionals, business owners, and families on domestic and offshore strategies for shielding assets from creditors and litigation risk.

We do not sell investments, insurance, or packaged asset protection programs, and we earn no bank or trustee commissions. Every engagement is managed directly by one of the firm’s two partners—Jon Alper or Gideon Alper. We work with clients in all 50 states by phone, Zoom, or in person at our office in Lake Mary, Florida.

Both attorneys have been quoted as legal experts by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNN, Bloomberg, Hello Magazine, The Mirror, and other national and international outlets.

What Our Clients Say

He was very straightforward and explained the pros and cons of the Florida asset protection laws. His answers were in English, not lawyerese.

— Stephen

In half an hour, I received more value and useful knowledge than in all of the time spent with the other law firms combined.

— Van L.

Alper Law handled our rather complex and lengthy case with professionalism and competence. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was remarkable.

— John

Mr. Alper was a beacon of hope to my family and me at a time when the options appeared to be limited and the likelihood of a good resolution, after 7 years of litigation, seemed impossible.
