Gideon Alper specializes in asset protection planning for individuals and small business clients. Nothing satisfies Gideon more than protecting his clients against their legal adversaries, easing their legal concerns, and creatively accomplishing their goals.
Gideon has advised hundreds of individuals with developing asset protection strategies and plans.
While his primary practice is asset protection, he also helps families with stepparent and relative adoptions and real estate disputes.
Prior to Alper Law, Gideon worked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he represented the federal government in tax collection and classification matters in the Large Business and International Division. But he much prefers his role now in helping small business and individuals with their legal issues.
