Choose a time below to schedule a phone or Zoom consultation with attorney Jon Alper or Gideon Alper. We help clients nationwide with offshore asset protection planning. Here’s what we’ll do:

    We’ll discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an offshore trust for your specific situation and compare it to alternative protection techniques.

    We’ll tell you how to legally protect any exposed assets from creditors. You should come away from the consultation knowing exactly what steps you should take and how to move forward.

Consultations are scheduled for a half-hour minimum. While many consultations finish within the first half-hour, clients are charged for any additional time in 15-minute increments.

  • Gideon Alper — $300 for the first 30 minutes, plus $150 per any additional 15 minutes.
  • Jon Alper — $400 for the first 30 minutes, plus $200 per any additional 15 minutes.

Consultation costs will be credited toward the fees for an offshore trust.
